Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Terms

★ All orders within the USA  are shipped by the USPS with tracking number.
★ All orders to Canada are shipped by DHL with tracking number.
★ All orders to EU are shipped by Ukrposhta with tracking number.
★ We ship to the shipping address, not to billing address, so please make sure the shipping address in your order details is correct.
★ The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is about 1-5 business days.
★ If the ordered item have some custom or specific options the time for this order preparation can be increased up to 5-10 business days.
★ If you have some specific instructions for your order shipping please add them to the comment note during order checkout.

★ As our shop is located in Ukraine the international shipping is too long. So we use the third-party logistics service to deliver all orders to customers in a timely manner! So the final step of the shipping will be arranged from the USA address of a fulfillment hub of our logistics partner. We like to provide the best customer service for all our customers to be happy with their purchases!

★ Estimated delivery terms for default shipping method:

- USA - 2-5 business days (during hot holiday seasons it could be a dit longer)
- Canada - 3-7 business days
- EU - 10-21 business days

ATTENTION: The delivery terms are approximate ones and they could vary in some cases. 
Please note the shipping process is out of our control and we are not responsible for delivery time and possible shipping delays. 
Also, please note during hot holiday seasons some delays for uncontrollable reasons are possible. We do our best for you to get your orders as soon as possible, but actual delivery time depends on the activity of the postal services and customs of the destination countries.

 

Returns & Replacements

★ If you are not satisfied with your order please  contact us within: 7 days of delivery, but please note we don't accept return of exchanges of lingerie! Ship items back within: 7 days of return/exchange confirmation.
★ The custom, personalized items or all items from lingerie and outlet can't be returned or exchanged.
★ All returns are accepted to our legal address in Ukraine. It will be provided in the return instructions.
★ For any returns and refunds 30% of order total restocking fee is applied (this is the amount of taxes and fees that were paid by seller according to the transaction).
★ 30% of order total restocking fee is also applied for orders returned because of the unclaimed package.
★ 30% of order total restocking fee is also applied for orders returned because the shipping was ordered to the wrong or not correct address or to unavailable location.
★ Shipping cost is not refundable.
★ Seller makes a refund only after return receiving. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
★ For any returns and exchanges, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
★ When the order is returned because of the wrong or not correct address or because of unavailable location the order could be shipped again to the correct address for the customer request. For the repeated shipping of the returned orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The new shipping will be arranged after payment of shipping fee by the customer.
★ Any item, excluding lingerie and outlet items, can be exchanged to another available item from the stock or to the custom item. If the new item for the exchange has a higher price than returned item buyer has to pay difference for exchange.
★ A new item for the exchange will be shipped after receiving of the return item from a buyer and after receiving of shipping cost for a new item shipping arrangement.
★ Free shipping is applied for some items as a promotional tool. It is applied only for the first shipping of the order. Free shipping could not be applied for the second shipping of returned items or for the exchanged items. For the repeated shipping of the returned orders with any reasons or for the shipping of exchanged items, buyers are responsible for shipping costs even if the primary shipping was free. The new shipping will be arranged after payment of shipping fee by the customer.
